Isaiah 19:4-6

⁴Moreover, I will deliver the Egyptians into the hand of a ^(A)cruel master,
And a ^[a]strong king will rule over them,” declares the Lord, Yahweh of hosts.

⁵^(B)The waters from the sea will dry up,
And the river will be parched and dry.
⁶The ^(C)rivers will emit a stench,
The ^[b]^(D)streams of Egypt will thin out and dry up;
^(E)The reeds and rushes will rot away.
